It's funny, because depending on who I talk to I got completely opposing comments. When begging for reviews I've been said "hell no" until all the reviews for all the packages in the stack were in bugzilla. If I push the library to the updates we'll have an orphaned library that nobody is using and if a later piece of the stack is blocked permanently for some reason the library is going to stay orphan. If I remember correctly one the policies says that there should not be libraries in the distribution that nobody is using.
