A quick parse: 1) Fully describe how the tar ball is created. 2) BuildRequires: autoconf%{?_isa} BuildRequires: automake%{?_isa} is a nonsense since both are noarch. You are probably using the isa tag quite excessively here. I typically only add them for -devel packages and they should be present on interdependencies between your subpackages.
