Even if currently there are no other packages in the package collection, which share these library names, it is not nice to pollute the global namespace with versioned SONAME Provides. # repoquery --whatrequires libAggregation.so.1 freemedforms-devel-0:0.5.9-0.1.alpha1.fc16.i686 If we didn't had a base package dependency in the guidelines, this would break here already.
