Concerning the eGenix license this is a modified python license but should be approved of course. I'll do that now. As for the: /usr/lib64/python2.6/site-packages/numpy/lib/_compiled_base.so /lib64/libpthread.so.0 I can't see anything obvious to change here but nor can I find where it picks it up from.
