AFAICT, googling indicates openCOLLADA is the only user of > MathMLSolver while the sourceforge project might be dead. Yes, I haven't seen much activity on their SF page so I would assume it's dead. As far as UTF goes. It looks to be a copy of ConvertUTF which also appears to be defunct.
