Well, with rawhide rpm (4.9.0) BuildRequires(foo) will always cause error: http://rpm.org/wiki/Releases/4.9.0 "Unknown dependency qualifiers are now always treated as errors and abort build" http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2010-November/146378.html So please just use BuildRequires: instead of BuildRequires(check).
