Only 5 packages need fix, among those packages only openjdk need a quick fix. For openjdk, the fix is simply removing explict depencenies on libjpeg, we don't need another rebuild if we revert back to libjpeg. "yum install libjpeg" will be silly if we add provides libjpeg to libjpeg-turbo-tools.
