Actually when I said "This doesn't need a new spec bump right away", I meant that there was no need to up the release tag and create and post new .specs and .srpms until after the next major review (i.e. just keep of a note of it until you do the next major revision). I didn't mean rolling back the release tag to version 1. Sorry if I wasn't clearer about that. Actually you should *always* update the release tag when you post a new version.
