All additional comments should be made in the comments box of this bug. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=497338 --- Comment #3 from Peter Lemenkov <lemenkov@xxxxxxxxx> 2009-04-24 01:22:43 EDT --- I just checked, which modules import whose additional python libraries, and found the following: * src/cclib/bridge/cclib2biopython.py explicitly imports python-biopython * src/cclib/bridge/cclib2openbabel.py explicitly imports python-openbabel * src/cclib/bridge/cclib2pyquante.py explicitly imports PyQuante * src/cclib/method/volume.py tries to import PyQuante and vtk-python and fallbacks to work w/o using them instead.
