Manual copying of the readme and license is not needed with the %doc macro in the %files section which copies automatically. Merely specify %doc lazarus/COPYING* etc. You can drop the Requires: gdk-pixbuf, gtk+ and glibc, because rpm figures out the library dependencies by itself.
