This package contains a docutils backend for pybtex, a BibTeX-compatible
bibliography processor written in Python.  Bibliographic references in
BibTeX format (or any other format supported by pybtex) can be inserted
into python documentation to be rendered by docutils.

Changes in version 1.0.3:  - Bump required docutils version to 0.14. - Add tests
for docutils 0.14 and 0.18 in github workflow. - Fix tests for docutils 0.17 and
lower (fixes [issue #22](https://github.com/mcmtroffaes/pybtex-
docutils/issues/22), reported by kloczek). - Drop Python 3.6 support.
