I call dibs on SuperCollider! But that's *not* going to be my first package...

First, I'll submit python-music21. I've been meaning to do it for a while, but 
there's a lot of things on my plate at the moment.

Second, I'll take on a few of Brendan's packages.

Third, if nobody's done SuperCollider, *then* I'll start on that.
