Updates repo in F20 is not yet populated. have patience ;-): updates (testing or stable) are not immediately pushed to their respective repositories when they're submitted, and then not immediately synchronized by the mirrors. If you need to get the packages immediately (before they arrive on your mirror), you can download them directly from koji build links.
