If it's a GSoC project, it needs to happen from within an organizations 
participating in GSoC. Who better than Fedora? (Serious question...)

Remember when I started becoming a packager last summer? It's not out of 
laziness that it didn't happen. We'll see what the future holds, but I don't 
want to mentor a programming-centric project this summer.

Strict licensing is a bit of a pain, but ultimately a good thing. Or at least
