    Hello Ambassadors,
    

    I'm Alberto from Marketing, I write to this mailing list asking

    about the F27 Talking Points[1] in order to solve our ticket[2].
    

    As you know Marketing provides talking points for ambassadors, so
    all your ideas and comments are welcome in order to improve
