I agree that the Meetbot link is difficult to navigate and find what you're looking for. I think the best solution is, unfortunately, a manual one. We'd probably have to sort through them all, figure out which talk they were, and create the hyperlink for each and every talk. As for the live transcriptions, I think that was probably just going to be the people transcribing during the talks (but not every talk was transcribed). I think we could definitely do a better job of communicating that next year, or at least the transcription schedule, so people know which ones are being logged and where to sit in. If you get started on something, I can help spend some cycles on going through the logs and prettying them up for a Magazine or CommBlog post.
