I've moved my first article to Pending Review, and would be very

pitch:

Description: The purpose of the article is a just-the-bits-you-need
guide to setting up a home finance budget in HomeBank (available in the
Gnome Software Centre). The article will cover importing bank
transactions, categorising transactions, and looking at where one's
money is being spent. The sub-headings of the article would potentially
