Yeah, but the release notes usually include a lot of stuff the mean nothing to me. I want to know the user side not the system side. If Fedora 24 uses a different library or include an enhancement of SystemD... isn't exciting from my point of view.

Contact the Commops folks and look at the Release notes and compare with things on [1][2] . I personally deal with security-team / server stuff but most of what we have planned (assuming things don't go belly up on this next thaw (beta in freeze til next week) is on the release notes.
