for the FedMag we may distinguish between "short-term" and "long-term"
workflow. IMHO The short-term workflow is done by the weekly editorial
meetings, while the long-term is done by the mktg meetings (for long-term
I'm guessing about structural improvements just like the ticket #
 [https://fedorahosted.org/marketing-team/ticket/210 210]. Since Magazine
is part of the mktg group, members are called to attend also the mktg
meeting because we need their suggestions, without them (mainly Paul, Ryan
and Justin), this point of the agenda will skipped.

I completely agree to approve people in the group only when they've done
things in (at least) one release cycle. We must be aware that folks who
want to work *only* in the Magazine stuff cannot be considered in the
marketing group but in the magazine group only. We have to clarify this
 somewhere.

I'm taking care of the marketing tasks and the first two steps are ok, I
 worked on the ticket [https://fedorahosted.org/marketing-team/ticket/211
 211].

Next step is "Change Checkpoint: Completion deadline (testable)" starting
 on February 23.
