Thanks for your interest in the Project! By the sounds of it, you might
be looking for the Ambassador program. The wiki articles for the
Ambassador program are well-documented and should effectively walk you
through the steps.

Some of the first things you're going to want to do are write a short
intro on your wiki page and look to find a mentor in your region,
depending on where you are in the where. See the wiki for more info.
