Status update: Wiki page has been populated with information from [[Talking points]] category page. Remaining tasks for the wiki page are listed on [[Talking Points SOP]] in the "page progress" section. I'm driving for the next 2 hours, will be back online tonight; in the meantime, anyone who wants to jump in can.
