I totally agree with you, but have in mind that a team needs a goal

I also did something, not just proposed and idea. I made a functional
script with such features and merged it with some cool mockups and
presented them in a functional way. I also talked to ricky, and ricky
agrees that some things needs to be done to make the website better.

As i said before this is not just my idea. For the next meeting im to
propose a new vision for the website and thats why i need your help. A
real goal for the website needs to be set so we dont get just lotss of
small ideas with no goal in mind in the web.
