I disagree. But, ironically, the CLI addresses that today. ;)
When people follow CLA instructions they need to be educated
in PGP keys, not when they are creating the keys.

Please continue this discussion offlist if needed. I would rather this
energy be focused on fixing any issues with the documentation and get
over the problem.
