Since we're *primary* targeting Windows users, is it acceptable to produce video format
for windows users?
It would be nice to have formats or containers such as flash or AVI
targeting Windows users as long as there are alternative media which
plays out of the box in Fedora and is producible using a Fedora toolchain.
