I know I wasn't asked, yet rpmlint and rpmdevtools were imported by someone else but assigned to me. Please don't do that - in worst cases that may mean the packages are effectively unmaintained as the reports go to people who have no plans to do anything about them. There were also some "branched for infrastructure" commits lately; were the newly added EPEL owners asked in those cases?
