Odd cvs-import.sh and make tag error

Hi!
Today I tried to import my package to repo. Cvs-import.sh returns some
odd errors, but it finished its job successfully so I wasn't concerned
about that.
However, `make tag` gives me identical errors i.e.:

[ecik@ecik ~/cvs/sonata/devel]$ LANG=C make tag build
error: Unable to open emacs-nxml-mode: No such file or directory
error: Name field must be present in package: (main package)
error: Version field must be present in package: (main package)

error: Summary field must be present in package: (main package)
error: Group field must be present in package: (main package)
error: License field must be present in package: (main package)
error: query of specfile emacs-nxml-mode failed, can't parse
error: Unable to open emacs-nxml-mode: No such file or directory

error: Version field must be present in package: (main package)

error: query of specfile emacs-nxml-mode failed, can't parse
make: *** No rule to make target `emacs-nxml-mode', needed by `tag'. Stop.

I've never had such a problem before, what can I do with it?
