IMO (of course), still doesn't matter.  OSI requires full redistributability
and no restrictions on usage, period.  This license would prevent usage in
the case of a respun distro (based on Fedora) that included non-OSS bits
for commericial purposes/use, which otherwise would(should!) be perfectly
acceptable.
