So?
I think he is referring to the "tre" SRPM package: however, I'm not
sure what's the command to determine from what SRPM a given RPM is
built from...

As Gianluca said, agrep is rebuilt from tre, so a bug report should
be filed against tre component (if any). You can simply check the original
srpm by 'rpm -qi agrep'.
