I tried using %find_lang, but it's bizarre how it could not pick up the localization files. Not sure what to do with the dependency on libfame, which 1) is not kosher 2) is a hardcoded dependency, so rpmlint is unhappy I did some cleanup (permission errors and the CREDITS file being Windows-formatted), feel free to incorporate the changes.
