Ok, the needs.rebuild files are now removed from CVS.

Wouldn't it be better to detect successful rebuilds just by parsing the
Extras Build Report? It seems less hackish and more reliable solution to
me than adding useless files to CVS. It could definitely prevent these
bogus warnings.
