V4L/DVB (3835): [PATCH] update pwc driver

Add v4l2 compatibility
Include the decompressor (legal problem has been resolv by Alan Cox)
Faster decoder and easier to maintain, optimize, ...
Can export to userland compressed stream
Support more cameras, lot of bugs are fixed.

This should show up in 2.6.18. I would not call that "discontinued".
But can't we have pwc-10.0.11 version driver for any 2.6.16
kernels under FC5 extras? When i compared pwc-if.c file from 2.6.16
kernel to pwc-10.0.11 package's pwc-if.c, i found there are some
differences and pwc-if.c file is old in 2.6.16.
Regards,
Parag.
