Seems strange, however, this (gnumeric) actually conflicts with gnumeric-devel.
# rpm -qlp gnumeric-*rpm | sort | uniq -D
/usr/share/gnumeric/1.6.3/idl
/usr/share/gnumeric/1.6.3/idl
/usr/share/gnumeric/1.6.3/idl/GNOME_Gnumeric.idl
/usr/share/gnumeric/1.6.3/idl/GNOME_Gnumeric.idl
This is true for heartbeat.
