I think Contingent Candidates should be handled a bit different as the way we did it this time was a bit confusing. Perhaps encourage the candidates to throw their hat in the ring without contingencies. Perhaps if open seats < number of non-contingent candidates put the contingent candidates in the election and hold them to wherever they end up in the voting; otherwise take them off the ballot entirely. -Toshio
