"rpmlint -i", on emacs packages, says: W: emacs non-standard-dir-in-usr libexec Your package is creating a non-standard subdirectory in /usr. The standard directories are: -X11R6 -X386 -bin -games -include -lib -local -sbin -share -src -spool -tmp -lib64 Actually, the %configure macros specifies-libexecdir=%{_libexecdir}, with: %_libexecdir %{_exec_prefix}/libexec If /usr/libexec is not a "standard" directory. What should be the correct value of %_libexecdir ? Why not just %{_exec_prefix}/%{_lib} ? -- Laurent Rineau Note: I am compiling the emacs-22.0.50 of bug #176171, and tried rpmlint on the result. -- fedora-extras-list mailing list fedora-extras-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-extras-list
