The same script that was run last time. In fact, last run it was 51, so
we might need to check a bit closer whats happening here and ensure that
that number is indeed correct. This script is not perfect and with
packages moving to core from extras and from extras to core, we will see

The list contains many packages which are NOT included anymore on
purpose. Either obsoleted or not needed anymore (and mind you, we don't
have any meta package where to put global obsoletes forever). At least

A false positive? This is a resurrection attempt. owners.list only
contains the very old entry from fedora.us era.
Peter recently claimed ownership of this and it is going for a full review.
