No, because so far they've been considered as static content, not code, so any font which is redistributable but can not be changed/improved has been OK for FC so far. The freest font in Core is Vera, and even this font can't be changed without changing its name (hence all de Vera derivatives like DejaVu have their own font name) Regards, -- Nicolas Mailhot
