Could there be a standard that when a package (ie .spec) bugzilla review
is completed (and imported into cvs), that the comment in the bug
should reference a viewcvs link to the imported spec file ?
eg:
# comment
Imported into cvs:
<http://cvs.fedora.redhat.com/viewcvs/rpms/bochs/FC-5/bochs.spec?root=extras&view=markup>
This would make it a lot easier to see how a .spec changed during review
, and what the final polished version is without separate searching.
It's hard to learn the process (what things to improve) from personal
published .spec files that the packager erases from their web space !
