People with smaller bandwidth will appreciate this, because it will help avoid them having to download the stuff each time anew once they build a package. A very clear description of a work around on severe regression in mock/yum. I think it now should be your task to fix the bugs in the packages you maintain instead of pushing all users to work around the bugs. TIA.
