I tried bugzilla, but not sure what to search for.  Any hint?

Well for example, the package metisse is being worked on but not
currently in the owners.list file.  You can go to bugzilla.redhat.com
and put "metisse" in the quick search box and a bug will show up
saying the package is currently under review.

If you don't know the name of the package, you can also just type
"review request" in the quick search box to see all the bugs in a
list, or else look at
