It's good practice to do "cvs update", edit, then "cvs commit" as close
as possible to each other for the owners.list file to avoid this sort of
problem.
You should also edit
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/OrphanedPackages and remove
anjuta from it.
i'd also check out
http://www.fedoraproject.org/wiki/Extras/PackageStatus where some of
your packages are mentioned.
