Hey guys, Fedora-admin has decided to use OTRS as our official ticketing system. The only problem is its not in Core or Extras yet. If anyone gets a moment to do an official review we'd be very grateful. https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=180015 This system will also help us track issues like when the buildsys needs kicking or if a new feature is requested.
