My take on mass rebuilds...
1) Fix things manually for now as they need fixing.
2) Wait until Jakub says that the gcc and glibc are in good shape, then
proceed with a mass rebuild. I haven't had a chance to talk with him
sine late last week, but he was working on a fairly bad ABI sounding
regression at the time. I will wait until he gives us a status update.
