Thanks for the information and especially the copy to my PM. I fixed the antora.yml file as well and everything works fine now. Having a look at the upgrade checklist I fear some surprises, e.g. with the changes in linking to attached documents. But maybe I didn't understand it correctly on the first quick glance - I almost hope so.
