Hi Justin,

Welcome to the team! The wiki pages in mentioned in the BoF are:
* https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/New_package_process_for_existing_contributors
* https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_Review_Process
* https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Join_the_package_collection_maintainers

The Packaging Guidelines
(https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/packaging-guidelines/) are
already moved out of the wiki, but I'm not sure if the wiki pages
above belong with them or elsewhere. I can see the case for them being
a part of the Quick Docs, perhaps alongside
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/creating-rpm-packages/
or if they belong elsewhere.

We don't have a good place for lengthier docs focused on contributors
at this point, IMO. That might be a broader question for us to answer
at some point. I'll let others on the list offer their opinions about
this.
