I'm -1 to this. "People teams" are "Human resources department". If it's not
that, it's wrong because the technical teams are made of people too -- and
the mindshare teams are not _just_ touchy-feely people stuff.

Yeah, that's a good point. 

I'm pretty strongly in favor of keeping Mindshare for lack of a better word.
(We had "Outreach" before, which I think is good in the abstract but has
connotations of diversity and inclusion outreach in specific so doesn't work
as an overall for this.) I don't think it's so jargony that people totally
have to guess — and it's at least less surprising than to find Design or
Translations under "People".

Let me go with "Engineering Teams" and "Mindshare Teams".
