If you wish to begin editing on either the Install Guide or System
Administrators guide, you can find them at

pagure.io/docs-reboot/

The URL will be changing and we don't have a contributor guide finished
yet.  Feel free to contact me with questions.

Ideally yes.  We are having a workshop on this topic at Flock so we
should know more in September.
