Self Introduction

Hello,

I would like to help in the Fedora Documentation Project. I'm a
computer science student from India. I've been using Fedora for more
than four years, (installed Fedora 16). I also do some system admin
and development on cloud technologies, as a part timer at a startup in
my city.

I am interested in improving the Networks and Sys Admin guides of
Fedora Project. I feel that the stuff I learnt from practical
challenges of managing a server, and numerous other tidbits that I
have acquired while solving some problems, could help countless
others. Besides, I also want to contribute towards writing guides for
first time Fedora (or linux) users to help them get started.

As a developer, I'm comfortable with Git and its concepts and am
currently learning how other pieces of the doc toolchain fit together.
I usually write docs in my leisure, which would roughly translate to
something around 3 - 4 hours a week.

I lurk around IRC with the nick: 'amitosh'

Thank you,
Amitosh Swain Mahapatra
