On Transifex we have translation project of man pages [1]. May be it will be useful to cooperate with its teams (Russian and Spanish)? I was active member of this project before, but it was long time ago. Unfortunately now I don't have current information. As I know Yuri Kozlov (Russian, [2]) is the most active maintainer today.
