Re: Problem when trying to publish zh_TW technical notes

Hi,

For some reason, .tx/config file and translation files don't seem to be
included in the master and f17 branches in the technical notes repo. Is this
on purpose?

I think it would help doc publishers a lot to have those files in the
branch(es).
