Hi, 
We --at the Spanish team-- have published a draft of this guide. To do
this we had to:
(i) Generate the rest of the *. po files (there are 113 *.xml files on
our repo, but only 84 *.pot files in tx.net [2])
(ii) Modify 'Package_Selection-Live.xml' and
'Installation_Quick_Start_Guide.xml' files since both refer to  a
'Package_Selection-dvd.xml' file, which is not on our git repo.

I have no problems in sending these changes to our repo, but would
rather someone give me the OK before.
